The HBM rotary actuator offers low friction and long life while producing high output torque. In fact, compared to other rotary actuators of the same size, the HBM Series offers 10-20% more output torque.

If you're an OEM for aerial platforms, excavator attachments or tractor implements, the HGM Series is going to offer you the best combination of quality and price on the market. They're used in platform pivots for aerial work platforms and arm control of claw or bucket attachments for excavators.

Hengli and Higginson will work with you to design any type of bracket or mounting structure, such as tripod or horseshoe mounting frames. Available in five sizes ranging 155cc to 1253cc, torque output spans from 626 Nm (461 lb-ft) to 5063 Nm (3734 lb-ft); these are more than swivel joints.

Not only capable of high torque, the maximum moment capacity (the “load” the union can carry under torque) is 31640 NM, so you know your lift or attachment will operate smoothly even under huge load demand.
